• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days until 2pm Pacific Standard Time (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Special order items may require additional processing time.

• We offer Ground and Expedited shipping options at checkout.

• Ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.

• Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Issues:

• If your package is delayed or lost please contact us. If package arrives damaged, please contact us to provide photos to file claim with the carrier within 5 days of delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing.
