All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this invoice. Limited warranty is 6 months on all products remanufactured by Dieseltronics Injection Service. This warranty applies to “rebuilt” “flat rate repair” and “parts & labor” items. Warranty on new items is 12 months. This warranty does not apply when the item has been subject to abuse, improper installation, operator negligence, overloading, misuse, lack of lubrication, improper lubricant, fuel and water contamination, poor maintenance, or accidents, as determined by Dieseltronics Injection Service. Furthermore, our unauthorized repair of the item voids this warranty. If you specifically request an item to be repaired, which is contrary to our recommended practice, this warranty shall be void as to such repair. This warranty does not cover troubleshooting or diagnostic time, mechanic mileage, towing, downtime, loss of profits, cargo damage, or any other indirect items.
All returns are at the discretion of Dieseltronics Injection Service. Items must be unused and in new condition. No returns are accepted without prior approval of Dieseltronics Injection Service. All returns must be within 14 days of purchase and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
All cores must be returned in re-buildable condition to receive a full refund of the core charge within 45 days of purchase. Returned cores with the following conditions will not receive a full refund: fire damage, water damage, broken, disassembled, missing parts or pieces.
If buyer purchases a product with a core deposit, by selecting the deposit option you will put down a small deposit to ensure the return of your core. This deposit is fully refunded as soon as you return your core to us within 45 days of the purchase date.
Buyer assumes responsibility for any damage incurred during shipment. Cores should be wrapped and packed in a manner that prevents damage during shipment. Box should be sturdy and taped well for shipment so that they arrive at our facility in good condition.

Dieseltronics makes every effort to ship orders received before 2PM Pacific Time on the same day provided payment has been verified and cleared. Orders typically ship within 24 hours with the exception of weekends (Saturday – Sunday). Orders placed after 2PM Pacific Time on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. All U.S. orders are shipped free via UPS ground. Dieseltronics is not responsible for delays and issues caused by shipping companies.
