Dieseltronics Injection Service is not liable for improper product selection. It is the installer’s responsibility to check for proper installation, if in doubt, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Limited warranty is 6 months from the original invoice date on all products remanufactured by Dieseltronics Injection Service. Warranty on items not remanufactured by Dieseltronics Injection Service is 12 months from the original invoice date.

This warranty does not apply when the item has been subject to abuse, improper installation, operator negligence, overloading, misuse, lack of lubrication, improper lubricant, any type of contamination (including metal, fuel, water, carbon), poor maintenance, or accidents, as determined by Dieseltronics Injection Service. Furthermore, our unauthorized repair of the item voids this warranty. If you specifically request an item to be repaired, which is contrary to our recommended practice, this warranty shall be void as to such repair. This warranty does not cover troubleshooting, removal or reinstallation of the product, diagnostic time, mechanic mileage, towing, lodging, downtime, loss of profits, cargo damage, or any other indirect items. If during the warranty period on any products sold by Dieseltronics Injection Service fail to function and not a result of the following, we will repair or replace the product, at its option.

The installation of product purchased from Dieseltronics Injection Service indicates that you have read and understand this agreement and accept its terms and conditions.

All returns are at the discretion of Dieseltronics Injection Service. Items must be unused and in new condition. No returns are accepted without prior approval of Dieseltronics Injection Service. All returns must be within 14 days of purchase and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  If a Buyer refuses to accept delivery of the products for whatever reason, Buyer shall be required to pay for the freight charges for such delivery and return plus a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

The Products are provided on an “as is” with all faults basis and with no warranty except the express warranty set forth above.  Dieseltronics Injection Service disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.  Under no circumstances shall Dieseltronics Injection Service, its directors, shareholders, officers, agents, employees, successors or assigns be liable for any injuries or damages whatsoever to any person or property arising from the installation or use of the products, which shall include, but not be limited to, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages.  Dieseltronics Injection Service’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for any Product that gives rise to any liability.

NOTE: WE HAVE DETERMINED THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE FUELS IS DAMAGING TO THE FUEL SYSTEM.  THE USE OF ANY BIODIESEL OR ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE FUEL IMMEDIATELY VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES. DAMAGE CAUSED BY CONTAMINATED FUEL WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED PRODUCTS.

Dieseltronics Injection Service shall be in no way responsible for the Products proper use and service and by purchasing any of the Products, you hereby waive all rights, other than those expressly written herein.  This warranty shall not be extended, altered or varied.
